Hulskamp Photography produces photographic prints to order. The information below explains our production, shipping, and returns process.

Production Time

All prints are produced to order.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on size and finish.

During busy periods, production times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 3–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about a print, please contact us directly.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our prints securely.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

As our prints are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate with the shipping provider.
