Unless otherwise stated, all prints are produced to order.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
If an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.
Production & Dispatch
As prints are produced to order, production times may vary.
Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided as a guide only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party printers or shipping providers.
Shipping & Risk
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days and provide photographic evidence.
Returns & Refunds
As our prints are made to order:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Colour & Display Variations
We make every effort to display images and colours accurately.
However:
- Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
- Printed results may differ slightly from what is displayed online.
Such variations are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All images remain the copyright of Hulskamp Photography.
The purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical item only.
No rights are granted to reproduce, copy, scan, digitise, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the image without written permission.
Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
